When you use a Toolento tool, your file is uploaded temporarily so we can process it and return the result you asked for. We do not manually review your documents, and we do not sell or share your files with third parties for marketing purposes.
Processing may require brief temporary storage on our systems for reliability — for example, while a job is queued, running, or ready for download. Once processing completes, uploaded files are automatically deleted whenever possible.

File processing runs on controlled backend infrastructure. Jobs are handled through temporary pipelines designed for the task at hand — whether that is PDF compression, OCR on a scanned document, image conversion, or another supported workflow.
We use measures such as separation between processing jobs, rate limiting, and abuse prevention to help keep the platform reliable and fair for everyone. These controls support stability; they are not a substitute for choosing what you upload with care.

Account & Payment Security
How subscriptions and checkout are handled safely.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, a widely used payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on Toolento servers.
When you sign in, session and authentication protections help keep account access limited to you. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Checkout and billing flows are handled by Stripe so sensitive card data stays with the payment specialist, not on our application servers.
