Temporary Processing
Files are held only while your job runs — not stored for browsing or long-term access.
How we protect your files and data during processing.
We take file privacy and platform security seriously and design our infrastructure around temporary, secure processing.
Practical safeguards that guide how we build and operate Toolento.
Files are held only while your job runs — not stored for browsing or long-term access.
Uploads and downloads use HTTPS so data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers.
We aim to delete uploaded files after processing whenever possible and keep only what is necessary for operations.
Tools are built around clear limits, transparent handling, and avoiding unnecessary collection of your content.
Clear, honest information about what happens when you upload a file.
When you use a Toolento tool, your file is uploaded temporarily so we can process it and return the result you asked for. We do not manually review your documents, and we do not sell or share your files with third parties for marketing purposes.
Processing may require brief temporary storage on our systems for reliability — for example, while a job is queued, running, or ready for download. Once processing completes, uploaded files are automatically deleted whenever possible.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Protecting data while it moves between your browser and our servers.
Toolento uses HTTPS encryption for communication between your browser and our platform. That means uploads, downloads, and normal browsing are sent over encrypted connections using industry-standard transport security practices.
HTTPS helps protect your data from interception while it is in transit. It is an important layer of security, alongside how we handle files once they reach our systems.
How jobs run behind the scenes — explained in plain language.
File processing runs on controlled backend infrastructure. Jobs are handled through temporary pipelines designed for the task at hand — whether that is PDF compression, OCR on a scanned document, image conversion, or another supported workflow.
We use measures such as separation between processing jobs, rate limiting, and abuse prevention to help keep the platform reliable and fair for everyone. These controls support stability; they are not a substitute for choosing what you upload with care.
How subscriptions and checkout are handled safely.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, a widely used payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on Toolento servers.
When you sign in, session and authentication protections help keep account access limited to you. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Checkout and billing flows are handled by Stripe so sensitive card data stays with the payment specialist, not on our application servers.
What we keep, what we remove, and where to read more.
Uploaded files used for tool processing are deleted automatically when processing completes, whenever possible, unless a specific feature states otherwise. Billing and account records may be retained where legally required or necessary for subscriptions, invoices, and fraud prevention.
We follow a minimal retention approach: keep what we need to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and remove file content when it is no longer required for your job.
